When the light turns green

If you're a driver: the light is red but turns green as you approach the intersection so you release your brakes before coming to a complete stop and keep going.

If you're a pedestrian: the pedestrian signal shows the red hand but becomes a white walking pedestrian when you approach the intersection so you don't have to stop walking.
